Kristie Gregor-Laviska

NC Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor 

Kristie Gregor-Laviska, LCMHC, holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology.  Kristie has over twenty years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families as a change agent.  Kristie has an extensive work experience assisting clients in navigating various complex systems such as schools, child welfare, civil and criminal courts.

Kristie assists individuals in overcoming life's challenges by focusing on solutions to facilitate growth, understanding and sustained progress.  Providing individuals with coping skills, an understanding of emotions and effective strategies to handle these challenges promotes healing, personal growth and self-awareness.  Kristie's approach is client centered with a focus on collaboration with the client.  She uses an eclectic mix of therapeutic interventions such as Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to support the therapeutic journey.

Amanda Swadinsky

Therapist

Amanda Swadinsky, LCMHCA, holds a Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University. She is trained in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment modalities for mental and emotional disorders.  

Amanda views therapy treatment as a collaborative process between therapist and client (including guardian when appropriate) and strives to create a safe space to explore aspects of life that are troublesome, painful and difficult with the hope that growth, healing and self understanding.  Navigating life's twists can be difficult without support. She is here to walk alongside you through the journey.

Amanda embraces a holistic counseling approach, blending therapeutic interventions like CBT, Mindfulness, ACT, Growth Mindset, Positive Psychology, and DBT Skills training.  She firmly believes in the power of play and art, as well as the healing power of animals.  You will often find Banks, her sweet golden retriever, assisting her in sessions. 

Her specializations extend to helping children and adolescents (6-18) and their families, and adults dealing with life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, OCD, grief and loss.

Amanda Fish

Eldercare Consultant

Amanda Fish is an experienced change agent and seasoned social worker with twenty years of experience working with vulnerable populations in Wake County.  She has extensive experience in adult guardianship services, welfare systems, and eldercare assistance.  Amanda Fish is here to help guide families through the challenges of supporting and navigating the needs of their loved ones during the aging process.

Tony Harris

Therapist

Born and raised in Raleigh, NC, Tony graduated from North Carolina State University in 1998 with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and Social Work. He later obtained his Master of Social Work (MSW) from East Carolina University in 2012. His primary focus for his Masters level education was clinical counseling.

Tony believes that no single approach is the right one for each individual. He has been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address different symptoms like Depression, Anxiety, Obsessive-Compulsive /Disorder, Adjustment Disorders, and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. His goal is to build a trusting and positive therapeutic relationship together with his patients. 
His approach is influenced by theories like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Family Systems Therapy. Tony is solution-focused in that he values communication with regards to progress and goals, as well as discussing what is or is not helpful in a patient's experience.

Lakeisha Leary

Therapist

Lakeisha Leary, LCMHCA, holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Carolina Central University. Lakeisha has experience working with adults seeking recovery from substance use including those that may have a dual diagnosis. Through a day treatment facility, Lakeisha has worked with adolescents that may have been removed from their school both temporarily and permanently where she provided education on coping skills, emotional regulation, self-awareness and personal growth.

Lakeisha understands that there is not a one-size-fits-all model to therapy, therefore, she uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. 

 

As a client-centered change agent, Lakeisha strives to be her clients’ biggest cheerleader by providing a safe space, building trust within the therapeutic relationship with clients, fostering clients’ autonomy, and encouraging clients to find their voice. She believes that healing is a journey that makes collaboration and support of the client necessary as the client navigates through life’s challenges.

Iman D. Kee

Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor

With three years of experience in the field, Iman Kee is a compassionate therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Mississippi State University and has extensive experience providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients facing a wide range of mental health challenges.

Iman has worked with individuals managing challenges such as psychotic disorders, mood disorders, anxiety, personality disorders, and eating disorders. She uses evidence-based approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help clients develop practical coping strategies and create positive change in their lives.

Iman is deeply committed to fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their struggles and finding solutions that align with their personal values and goals. By incorporating techniques that emphasize personal growth, self-awareness, and healing, she works alongside individuals to improve their emotional well-being and build lasting resilience.
